Best known as the sidekick on The Garry Moore Show, Kirby worked with Moore on and off for 30 years. Kirby was also highly visible as the co-host (with Allen Funt) of Candid Camera, which started on TV as a segment on the Moore show. He was so well known that the Rocky and Bullwinkle show once had a plot about the search for the "Kirward Derby" -- which could make its wearer the smartest man in the world. Kirby died March 15 at a nursing home in Ft. Myers, Florida, from congestive heart failure. He was 88.

Book 1 in the Were Watching series. Used to having his pick of the ladies, werewolf Randy Trudeau's socks are knocked off by a nameless lady who kisses him into erotic oblivion one New Year's Eve and then flees. When a call comes in to Were Watching, the security company he's a partner in, to look into the burglary and assault on a lady photographer, Randy recognizes her as the mystery woman with the magic lips, and knows his bachelor days are over. One sniff, one lick, and Randy knows Crissy Carter is the woman he's been searching for since that night. She's the only woman he wants, and this time she won't get away. But keeping Crissy isn't easy getting her ornery cat on his side, rescuing her from the bad guys and keeping her vampire ex-boyfriend out of her life, becomes a full-time occupation. For Crissy, all her troubles pale into insignificance once she's reacquainted with Randy. Coming into full body contact with the super-hunky werewolf is trouble with a capital T. Scorching kisses aside, for cat-lover Crissy the last thing she expects is to find herself mated to a canine in the form of a randy werewolf.

From the supplier: InPhoto Surveillance Pres Bill Kizorek has travelled to 100 countries to promote his company's use of video tape recordings to obtain evidence that prevented insurance fraud. He says, however, that more self-insured companies use his services than do traditional insurers. Kizorek's investigative video tapes have changed forensic physician testimony on disabilities and created a profound influence on juries and judges, sometimes lowering $500,000 insurance claim awards to $15,000. InPhoto Surveillance's average two-day surveillance service costs $2,000 but clients sometimes save $72,000 by using it.

The lure of catching wildlife on camera may save the Texas Hill Country ranchers' way of life, not to mention disappearing open spaces. Instead of shooting deer with a rifle, people are paying money for a chance at shooting wildlife on film.
