The founder of the Forum for Responsible and Ethical E-mail, Nitchals was a widely known anti-spam activist who led the fight to get one of the largest, most infamous spammers to change his mind and renounce the practice. (Nitchals' efforts in getting the spammer's service provider to stop giving him net access helped too!) Nitchals also had a distinguished career as a talented and innovative programmer.
